My name is Stephanie Chang Ramos.
For the past 11 years I have worked with women who are exceptional at their lives and exhausted inside them. The Sovereign Executive Sanctuary is a 24-week private 1:1 advisory where we address your high-functioning exhaustion at the root — so you can lead your career, your family, and yourself with the presence you were actually built for.

My story
I did not learn this from a textbook.
I built this methodology through 15 years of physiological study across three continents. Through 9 years of CrossFit coaching. Through a 3-year battle with clinical depression that took me from a career in Shanghai to a quiet room in Mexico, where breathwork, sound healing, and somatic introspection gave me back my life.
I know what it feels like to wake up with no reason to get out of bed and go do it anyway. I know what it feels like to keep performing while quietly disappearing inside your own life.
And I know exactly how to reverse it — not through willpower, but through physiology.
